The John B. Amos Cancer Center (Columbus), Nancy N. and J.C. Lewis Cancer and Research Pavilion (Savannah), and Harbin Clinic (Rome) are clinical alliance partners in the National Community Cancer Centers Program. The award was given for the group’s “Navigating for Improved Outcomes” program, which measured the impact of patient navigation in tracking the time between breast cancer treatment services after a malignancy was identified.
