Camp Celebrates 25 Years of Sunshine with Clark

Jane Clark, RN, PhD, Georgia CORE consultant, was recognized in the volunteer spotlight for Camp Sunshine. Camp Sunshine provides programs throughout the course of the year that give children with cancer the opportunity to enjoy normal activities like swimming, horseback riding, arts and crafts, and
making friends
! Children with cancer are often isolated from peers because of illness and treatment demands. The children who participate in Camp Sunshine have the opportunity to see that they are no alone in their battle with cancer. This summer will mark Jane’s 25th year as a camp volunteer. Her dedication and passion for Camp Sunshine inspires others to make a difference.
