The Directory of Georgia Clinical Research Professionals was developed to
enhance communication among clinical research nurses, managers, associates,
data managers and other clinical research professionals who provide quality
clinical trials to the community. Georgia CORE recognizes the contributions of
clinical research professionals across the state and has developed this
Directory of over 100 profiles, which includes information such as education
and training, research interests, network affiliations and organizational
information.
As with the Georgia CORE Directory, users can search by organization, city, zip
code and cancer type to access clinical research professionals. For the first
time ever, our state has a picture of Georgia’s clinical research
professionals’ community. To search the Directory of Georgia Clinical Research

The Georgia CORE Directory was developed with a dual purpose: to facilitate access to oncologists and to foster communication among leaders in Georgia’s cancer community – men and women who are dedicated to continuously improving the quality of care through clinical research.
Using information from this Directory, Georgia CORE has developed a searchable database of oncologists on GeorgiaCancerInfo.org, an innovative comprehensive cancer care website for the state of Georgia. This site offers profiles of nearly 750 oncologists, the majority of whom are fellowship trained and Board certified. Its publication represents a milestone for Georgia: For the first time ever, our state has a picture of Georgia’s oncology community. We now have the means to determine how many cancer clinical trials are available in our state, as well as where research is being conducted – and by whom.
As you search this database, you will see that the array of clinical cancer research and care in Georgia is far-reaching and impressive. To search the Georgia CORE Directory of Oncologists on GeorgiaCancerInfo.org, please click here.
