Road to Recovery Information and Training Session

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

631 Professional Drive
Suite 220
Lawrenceville, GA 30046

Every day cancer patients need a ride to treatment, but some may not have a way to get there. The American Cancer Society’s Road to Recovery program provides free transportation to and from treatment for people who have cancer and do not have a ride or are unable to drive themselves. Volunteer drivers donate their time and use their cars so that patients can receive the life-saving treatments they need. We need your help by being a volunteer driver or coordinator of rides! Volunteer drivers donate their time and resources to take patients to treatment and back home again. Drivers are needed during the weekdays. Driver coordinators help schedule the rides. Coordinators can work whenever it’s convenient for them, one day a week, during the evening or weekends.
